How to use

Scoop a little with a clean finger and warm it between your palms until it melts, then press it into the skin. In cold weather the butter can firm up a touch. That's natural and doesn't change the balm. Warm hands bring it straight back.

Full ingredients

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Helichrysum Italicum (Helichrysum Oil), Oleum Olibanum (Frankincense Oil), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender Oil). That's everything. Keep away from eyes.

Allergy note

Shea comes from a tree nut, and we can't guarantee the balm is nut free. If you have sensitive skin, try a little on the inside of your arm first.

Our story

Made first for her own hands.

In 2020 Marilyn had a silicone knuckle replacement in her hand. Then lockdown arrived, and the physio and the second operation she was waiting for were put on hold.

At home, she started making her own balm from the oils she loved, and massaging it into her hands every day. Her son Stefan, a tree surgeon and botanist, saw what that simple pot meant to her and turned it into a brand.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, or free on orders of £45 or more. Express delivery is £6.99. You'll see the options at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. If yours hasn't arrived after 10 working days, get in touch and we'll sort it.

Can I return it?

If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right. For hygiene reasons we can't take back pots that have been opened.

Why has my balm gone firm?

Shea butter firms up in the cold. It's still perfect. Warm a little between your hands and it melts straight in.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It's a simple recipe with four ingredients. Shea comes from a tree nut, so if you have a nut allergy or very sensitive skin, try a little on the inside of your arm first.
