A little everyday routine

Mum's Balm is not fussy. There is no ten-step routine. Just a little balm, a quiet minute, and warm hands.
How to use it
Take a little from the pot. A little goes a long way. Rub it between your palms until it warms and melts, then smooth it over your skin.
If the room is cool, the balm can feel a little firmer in the pot. That is just the shea butter. Warm it in your hands for a moment and it melts as usual.
Where people use it
Mum's Balm is a multi-purpose balm for hands, face and body, and it is fine for daily use. Some favourite places:
- Hands, after the washing up or a day in the garden.
- Elbows and heels, last thing at night.
- Face, as part of a slow morning.
Little moments to fit it in
- Keep a small pot by the sink, so it is there when you have dried your hands.
- Put one by the bed for a minute of calm before sleep. The lavender scent is part of the ritual.
- Pop a 20 ml pot in your bag for the day.
What it does
Mum's Balm moisturises, nourishes and conditions the skin, helping dry skin feel softer, smoother and more comfortable. That is all we promise, and we think it is enough.
